RGC Cylinder Reconciliation

Use of the Application
RGC Cylinder Reconciliation is provided for internal Ranger Gas Company business use. Users may use the application only for authorized cylinder reconciliation, invoice review, QuickBooks invoice analysis, and related operational planning.
Authorized Users
Access is limited to approved users. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for using the application in accordance with company policy.
QuickBooks Connection
Users who connect QuickBooks authorize the application to access QuickBooks invoice data required for cylinder tracking and reconciliation. Users may disconnect QuickBooks using the application disconnect flow.
Restrictions
Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, extract credentials, interfere with service operation, or use the application for unlawful, unauthorized, or unrelated purposes.
No Warranty
The application is provided as an internal operational tool. Reconciliation outputs and order recommendations should be reviewed by authorized personnel before business decisions are made.
Changes
Ranger Gas Company may update this agreement as the application changes. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
